Full Space Rental

Cost: $2,000 full day

Make your event truly memorable by enjoying full access to Anndrew’s Event Center, available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the day of your event. If you need early access or would like to prepare the day before, feel free to ask about our additional rates.

The Banquet Hall

Cost: $1500 full day 
Capacity: 100+

The Banquet Hall is the heart of Anndrew’s Event Center. Bathed in natural light by day and illuminated by elegant chandeliers at night, this space features a pipe organ, soaring ceilings, and an upstairs balcony with additional seating overlooking the room. It's an ideal setting for small weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, holiday parties, class reunions, family events, and gatherings of all kinds. This space is handicap accessible from outside. 

Tavern add-on for $100.

The Tavern

Cost: $75 per hour

Capacity: 30

The Tavern is designed for easy mingling and a relaxed atmosphere, featuring high-top bar tables for a modern, social feel. The space is flexible—bring in additional seating or tables to suit your event’s style. This bar is liscensed for beer and wine.

The Gray Room

Cost: $50 per hour 
$200 full day

The Gray Room is a versatile space that invites your imagination to take the lead, a blank canvas ready for your personal touch. Whether you're planning a craft night, smaller gathering, or productive meeting, this room offers the perfect setting to bring your ideas to life.

The Green Room

Cost: $25 per hour

The Green Room is a perfect space for small meetings, studio photoshoots, small group activities or overflow from the Gray Room.

Music Room

These two cozy, top-floor classrooms offer a sunny, private, and quiet setting for private music, voice lessons or other needs.

The Dressing Room

Cost: $100 add on

Located in the lower level, the dressing room offers a peaceful and private area for pre-event prep with an attached bathroom. It’s the perfect place for those quiet moments before the big event, ensuring you’re ready for the spotlight.

The Kitchen

Cost: $100

Already have an event booked? Add the kitchen for $100 total.

Our catering kitchen is conveniently located downstairs and ready to meet all your catering needs. Whether you're hosting a large dinner or preparing for a small gathering, The Kitchen provides a full refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and lots of counter space to ensure your event runs smoothly.
